Our MOQ (minimum order quantity) varies depending on the product and level of customization. Typically though, our MOQ is 500 units but we have done lower quantities for clients and can certainly work with you on that. We have a sample program where we charge you a nominal fee (mostly just our Canada Post shipping cost) to send you a sample if we have one in stock. If then, you decide to work with us, we credit that amount back to you upon placing the order. This program is in place because we have had many occasions where people simply want free samples and since we believe in operating in an environmentally sustainable way, we limit the amount of fuel we burn and the amount of products/items that are out there sitting on desks and not eventually being used to make the impact we aspire to make.
